Cherry Cobbler Recipe

This is the receipe that we 're using for our February fund raiser:

Ingredients:
1 pkg. of Yellow Cake Mix
1 can of Cherry Pie Filling , approx 21 oz
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 stick melted butter or margarine

Directions:
1. Mix 1 tsp. lemon juice with pie filling and pour pie filling in (greased or sprayed) 8 x 8 pan.

2. In separate bowl, blend cake mix and melted butter together. (It will be crumbly).

3. Sprinkle the cake mix and butter mixture over top of cherries.

Bake 350 for 40 - 50 minutes or until top is golden brown.

  1. Substitute gluten-free yellow cake mix to make this gluten-free.
