Current UMW Outreach Projects

As always, there are numerous UMW Outreach Projects in progress. Here is a list for November 2010:

1. Donate to UMW’s fund for the Frank Zamora family for their trip to Nashville. The family leaves for Nashville on Nov. 19th, and Kinsasha's brain surgery at Vanderbilt Hospital is scheduled for Nov. 22nd.

2. Turn in your World Thank Offering for 2010 - either as a check or as cash

3. UMW members are providing food for our IHN Guests

4. Sierra Leone - Les and Hope Law spoke at our Quarterly Meeting on 11/13
- UMW Donated 50 birthing kits for Sierra Leone
- We are considering additional projects from lists supplied by Les and Hope

5. Various Circle Christmas Projects - Contact our Circle Leaders for more information

6. Café 180 - in Englewood. On Broadway at Floyd. Just north of Hampden in the King Sooper's parking lot.
- Stop in and Eat lunch whenever you can. The – open Tues – Fri 11 to 2
- Signup to as a volunteer worker
- Signup to go with a group for lunch and/or work
