Recipe for Pumpkin Desserts

Serves 12-20
9X13 pan, with lid for 60-70°
Bake 350 minutes

Ingredients:
For crust:
1 pkg.(19 oz.) Yellow Cake Mix (reserve 1 cup cake mix for topping)
1/2 cup (One stick) Butter (melted)
1 egg

For filling:
1 can (30 oz.) Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix, (not pumpkin) Libby brand
2 eggs
2/3 C. milk

For toppings:
(1 cup reserved cake mix from crust)
1/2 C. sugar
1tsp cinnamon
3 Tbs. butter (soft not melted)

Directions:
1. Crust: In medium bowl combine all but one cup of cake mix; 1/4 cup melted butter; and 1 egg. Press into bottom of pan.

2. Filling: In another bowl combine pumpkin pie mix, 2 eggs and milk. Mix until smooth. Pour over crust.

3. Topping: In bowl use reserved (1-cup) cake mix stir in sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter. (Mix will be crumbly) Sprinkle over pumpkin mixture.

Bake 350-degree oven for 60 - 70 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. (High Altitude may need several minutes longer).

Bring to church baked, not frozen.
